Terms of Service for Denoisr

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Denoisr. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. What Denoisr Does

Denoisr is an AI-powered noise removal service for audio and video. You upload an audio or video file; we clean the audio (and re-mux it back into the original video if you uploaded a video) and return a cleaned version. That's the core of what we do.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use Denoisr beyond the free trial. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@denoisr.com immediately.

3. Credits and Billing

Denoisr uses a credit system. 1 credit equals 1 minute of audio or video cleanup. Transcription costs 1.5 credits per minute. Duration is always rounded up to the next whole minute — a 61-second file costs 2 credits for cleanup, or 3 credits for transcription.

Free accounts receive 5 free credits (5 minutes) on registration. These do not expire.

Paid subscriptions renew credits each billing cycle. Unused monthly-plan credits do not carry over to the next cycle. Annual plans grant your full yearly balance upfront at purchase (monthly allowance × 12), valid for 365 days.

Payments are processed by Creem. All charges are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.

Billing questions and refund requests should be sent to support@denoisr.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method by Creem.

Prices may change. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

4. Your Files

You own your files. Uploading a file to Denoisr does not transfer any rights to us. We process your file and return the result — nothing more.

We do not use your files to train AI models. We do not share your files with third parties except as needed to process them (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Files you upload are stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage only as long as needed to run the service:

  • Source files (what you upload) are deleted within 24 hours on all plans.
  • Processed files (the cleaned result) retention depends on your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter and Creator, 90 days on Pro.

Please download your processed files before they expire — Denoisr is not a long-term file storage service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Denoisr for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

  • Upload files you don't have the right to process
  • Use the service to process illegal or harmful content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, payment requirements, or access controls
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
  • Resell or redistribute Denoisr as your own service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Supported File Types

Audio cleanup: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG — up to 500 MB per file.

Video cleanup: MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV — up to 1 GB per file. The video stream is preserved as-is; only the audio track is cleaned and re-muxed back into the video.

Files per request depend on your plan: Free 1 · Starter 2 · Creator 5 · Pro 20. Every batch is processed fully in parallel.

7. No Guarantees on Results

AI noise removal works well in many situations, but results depend on the quality and nature of the original recording. We do not guarantee that every file will be cleaned to a specific standard. Noise removal is more effective on steady, consistent background sounds than on sudden or overlapping noises.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Denoisr's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of Denoisr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
