Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Denoisr. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. What Denoisr Does

Denoisr is an AI-powered audio noise removal service. You upload an audio file; we process it to reduce background noise and return a cleaned version. That's the core of what we do.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use Denoisr beyond the free trial. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@denoisr.com immediately.

3. Processing Time and Billing

Denoisr uses a time-based processing system. 1 second of processing time equals 1 second of audio processing. Time is deducted based on the duration of the file you upload, rounded up to the nearest second.

Free accounts receive 300 seconds (5 minutes) of processing time on registration. These do not expire.

Paid subscriptions renew processing time each billing cycle. Unused monthly-plan time does not carry over to the next cycle unless your plan explicitly states otherwise.

Payments are processed by Creem. All charges are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.

Billing questions and refund requests should be sent to support@denoisr.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method by Creem.

Prices may change. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

4. Your Files

You own your audio. Uploading a file to Denoisr does not transfer any rights to us. We process your file and return the result — nothing more.

We do not use your audio files to train AI models. We do not share your files with third parties except as needed to process them (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Uploaded files and processed outputs are automatically deleted from our servers 7 days after upload. Download links expire after 48 hours. We are not a file storage service — please download your processed files before the links expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Denoisr for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

  • Upload files you don't have the right to process
  • Use the service to process illegal or harmful content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, payment requirements, or access controls
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
  • Resell or redistribute Denoisr as your own service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Supported File Types

We currently support: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG

Maximum file size: 500 MB per file. One file per processing request.

7. No Guarantees on Results

AI noise removal works well in many situations, but results depend on the quality and nature of the original recording. We do not guarantee that every file will be cleaned to a specific standard. Noise removal is more effective on steady, consistent background sounds than on sudden or overlapping noises.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Denoisr's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of Denoisr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
